General terms and conditions

  1. This website and its contents (Including resources, images, videos) are the property of Angelus Nocturnus and cannot be reproduced without written consent. 
  2. Terms and Conditions are subject to change, you are bound to the Terms and Conditions you agree to at time of purchase. Archived T&C's can be sent on request. 

Terms & Conditions for Mentorship

  1. Mentorship sessions do not constitute professional advice, guidance or support. If you require support please follow this link to find some in your country.
  2. Mentorship sessions do not constitute health advice and advice will not be given on managing health conditions. Sessions can include spiritual and energetical work to support yourself with health conditions. This does not replace medical intervention for a health condition.
  3. No refunds are available if the reading is cancelled within 24 hours of your time slot. 
  4. Sessions are to be booked through Setmore using the link-button provided on the 1:1 Virtual Sessions Page.
  5. You are responsible for your actions and are responsible for the consequences for those actions. You must use your own judgement during and after the sessions.
  6. I am not responsible and hold no liability for any damage to property and persons (Be it yourself or other parties), as a result of your own actions.

  2. Spellwork does not constitute health treatment and Spellwork will not be conducted for health conditions.
  3. When you pay for Spellwork you are paying for the time spent and resources used to do the spell. You will not receive any physical item regarding the spell.
  4. Honesty and transparency is integral to the potency of the spell. If you are deceitful in what you are requesting the spell may not work or only be as potent as you were honest. In the worst case scenario it may backfire on you. 
  5. I am not responsible for consequences that occur for you or any other party when spells are conducted.
  6. Once the spell has been initiated no refunds are available. If contacted prior to the spell being initiated a partial refund may be issued . The amount is at my discretion as specialist herbs, ingredients or tools may have been bought in order to do the spell, and are specific to that specific spell. 
  7. Spells will not be done immediately after purchases. They may be done up to a month after purchase. This is due to waiting for the appropriate moon cycle, planetary alignment.
  8. If the expected completion date exceeds a month you will be informed. The opportunity for a full refund will be offered if the timeframe does not suit you. If you take the refund the Spellwork will not be conducted.
  9. When the spell is complete you will receive an email confirming it is done. This may contain any feedback if appropriate. 
  10. If you wish to discuss the spell verbally you will need to book a 30 minute consultation session.

  3. I am not liable for consequences that may occur through your own actions, even if you base those actions on what has been said in the reading.
  4. Readings will not be done for someone under the age of 16, anyone under the age of 16 must have consent from a guardian over the age of 16. 
  5. No refunds are available if you are dissatisfied with the reading once it has been conducted.
